This fragrance is what is termed as an ‘Aromatic Fougère,’ and it was launched by Boss in 2014. The word Fougère derives from the French for ‘fern,” and the phrase originated in the house of Houbigant in 1882.

Their parfumier extracted coumarin and was first to use it in a fragrance. Coumarin in found in several plants including tonka bean and it smells like freshly mown grass.
Top notes are mint, grapefruit, violet leaf; middle notes are pineapple, cinnamon and rose; base notes are labdanum, white musk and sandalwood.

This is one of best “Boss The Scent” series of fragrances. It was launched in 2019 and is spicy, fresh, with good sillage and performance. It kicks off with the tart, almost lemony spiciness of ginger with a middle note of warm fruity maninka. Base note is vetiver.
